Dr. Salama is board certified in interventional pain management, also he is a board certified in Anesthesiology, and a fellow of interventional pain physicians for the world institute of pain. He graduated with honors from the University of Ain Shams School of Medicine and completed a fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Department of Anesthesia and Pain Management, one of the top training facilities for pain management in the world.
In addition to his excellent education and understanding of pain management, Dr. Salama is also well-loved by his patients for his compassionate care. Dr. Salama has been practicing pain management in the Cleveland area for over 14 years. He is committed to providing omprehensive and compassionate pain management care.He has been selected as a top pain management specialist and was featured in 2013 edition of the leading physicians of the world.
Cindy, Practice Manager
Cindy is responsible for scheduling patients for office visits and procedures, obtaining prior authorizations when required, ordering pump refill medications, form completion and medical records requests as well as many other duties. Cindy attended Lakeland Community College. Cindy has 27 years of experience in the healthcare field; she worked for Hillcrest Hospital for 18 years, University Health System for 2 years and has been with Dr. Salama since 2007.
Mary, Medical Assistant/Prior Auth Representative/Scheduler & Prior Auth Rep
Mary is responsible for checking in patients and obtaining their complete medical history, recovering patients after procedures. She screens patients prior to procedures to make sure that everything is in order. Mary is responsible for scheduling patients for office visits and procedures, obtaining prior authorizations when required and collecting co-pays and balances from patients as well as medical record requests. Mary graduated from Franciscan University and is currently attending Ursuline College.
